SAFE PLACE

On September 10th 2020, the Regional Innovation Network ICT for Sustainable Living, as leader, applied for founding under POR FESR 2014-2020 Asset 1. Action 1.1.4
for a research project named: “SAFE PLACE. IoT systems for healthy and safe living environments”.
The project aims to boost integration and development of innovative solution in the context of Sustainable Living – Specifically Domotics and automation for the improvement of the quality of life, technologies for the design and development of buildings, buildings energy management, safety in work and living places.

The Project involves:

– 9 companies members of  Rete Innovativa Regionale ICT for Sustainable Living: Alfawater Srl; BFT Spa; Edalab Srl; Fenice green energy park; Iris ingegneria ricerca sistemi; Consorzio L’Incontro; Negroponte LAB Srl; Rawfish Srl; Videotec Spa

– 7 companies members of  Rete Innovativa Regionale Venetian Smart Lighting: Atenalux; Coem Srl; Elesi Luce Srl; Engi Srl; Hikari Srl; Nectogroup Srl; Stylnove Ceramiche Srl

Objectives

The project aims to address, in a systematic way, the problems arising from the Health emergency of Covid-19, innovating and improving functionality, usability and accessibility of all the known devices for health and safety of person and environments, improving their effectiveness against Covid-19 and their integration in IoT systems, achieving modular architecture, able to synergistically combine different technologies, based on the specific characteristics of the environment and its function.
The project will study ethical and legal implications of these technology and of their implementation in different places, to draw up a complete and updated list of guidelines for the safety of private and public environment.

Public founding:    1.973.033,26 €
